Pre-haircut

I’m in that no-man’s land of Wednesday afternoon when sixth-form colleges across the country close for a few blissful hours and release even those who have a cram-packed timetable into the daylight. In fact, my haircut is in an hour. Which I can’t wait for because I can wash and dry my hair finally, since I’ve left it for a few days so it will be less springy and frizzy and therefore, in theory, easier to hack off.

I just watched Chasing Amy for like the millionth time. I so love that movie; I wish I lived in that weird little New Jersey world that Kevin Smith creates in that series of 5 movies. I’m wondering what his next movie will be like actually. I need to see Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back again sometime, when I’m sober.

In theory I should be doing something productive with my time but I have this raging cold and I really feel like sitting here listening to T.A.T.U, Dandy Warhols, Korn, and the Getaway People. So I think I will because nobody can tell me what to do. Not any more at least.

Hmmm hmmm, dum de dum, I’m officially rambling. Honestly my house, while being a nice sanctuary in a pretty green valley, can be intensely boring. I might go clean my room. I’ll update later, post-haircut.
