the Castleford/Wakefield adventure
<<2003-02-21 - 8:16 p.m.>>

I was just sitting here thinking morbid thoughts, inspired by a few diaries I've been reading. I mean... some of the people who write on this site and others go on and on about cutting and suicide, and those who suddenly stop writing one day... what if they finally achieved what they wanted - death? I guess we'll never know.

I had the best day today. I went over to Sarah's last night to watch the Brit Awards and we got some drink and ordered Chinese, pretty much like a Friday night except, obviously, it was a Thursday. Gotta love half term. We ended up on the internet till god knows when since I made Sarah send her rejection e-mail to this guy from uni who fell in love with her and sent her a cheesy e-card and some really sweet texts on the dreaded valentines day. I was squideged into a chair with david since he insisted on a head massage. I don't really remember much about that since I was pretty drunk but I was standing on the sofa so I would be taller than everyone. I'm short, you see. Five three, in fact.

This morning we got up and Sarah's mum offered to take us to Freeport, this big designer outlet mall, so we went there (interesting car ride with David) and I got two Chili Pepper tops on sale, one a white fleece thing and the other bright blue with a hood and small logo. They rule. After that we ate at Burger King and then got dropped in Wakefield for the rest of the day. It was a great day; not too cold and nice and sunny, so we wandered, bought a few stuff and got a top each in Bay - mine was white with a butterfly print, how sweet. Heh. I also got a green and gold tank vest from Pilot on sale and after I got it into my head I dragged Sarah everywhere looking for a pair of black combats. I found some eventually for £10 and they fit so perfectly. Impressive. We eventually got tired and decided to go and drink, so we went into the Wetherspoons. Ick. Stright back out again since you couldn't see through the smoke and the old men vapour... lol so we went to this other pub and I had a pint. We got hit on by some really un-nice males so we just moved. I really need some sign round my neck that says "Taken", or something. I guess a ring would do it but... mmmm we don't talk about that whole side of things. Not yet and probably not ever since I don't even know if I want to get married. Let's just say that if I do... I know who I'd want it to be. And we shall leave it at that.

We got a bus back to Huddersfield then home, where we ate a hurried tea, and then Sarah went to Beavers and I went home. And that my friends is where I am now.

Half term is almost over. I was going to do a big emotional entry but I won't, not today. Sometime soon - I have stuff to say to you and myself.
